Refund and Returns Policy

Pickleballbyyou supports 30 days refund or exchange, we will do our best to guarantee your satisfaction! If you are returning your product, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receipt of the undamaged product (according to the receipt date on the tracking record) and explain the reason for the return. We only accept one-time returns. Returns without prior contact will not be accepted! This limited warranty we provide in no way affects the potential statutory warranty provided by law.

  1. Product return restrictions:
    • Customized products are your unique creative expressions. Returns on customized item(s) for reasons other than Pickleballbyyou error will be subject to a 50% processing fee on the refund amount (after adjustment of discount/shipping if required).
    • Quality problems require a refund and exchange Pickleballbyyou is responsible for all cost
    • Returns must include all accessories
    • For non-quality related warranty claims of non-customized products, the cost of the goods will be refunded.
    • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
    • Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is impossible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have passed this 30-day window.
  2. How do I return it?

    • Please state the reason for the return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
    • Pickleballbyyou will contact you with the corresponding return address within 12 working hours.

  3. How long does it take to get a refund?
    • Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. If the payment was made using a credit/debit card or bank account, there might be a lead time required by PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider) to set up the credit transaction with your bank. We will try to refund you within 5 working days.
